Most water heater projects are quoted upfront as a flat-rate installation, so you know the
cost before work begins. Depending on the home’s existing setup, standard water
heater projects may include:
- Delivery and clean installation of a reliable new unit (standard tank, tankless, or hybrid heat pump).
- Applicable code updates, which can include safety expansion tanks, solid brass valves, and gas line connections.
- Hauling away and recycling your old water heater.
- Warranties You Can Count On: Tank water heaters supplied and installed by FlowMotion Plumbing include a 6-year parts and labor warranty under normal operating conditions. Tankless water heaters supplied and installed by FlowMotion Plumbing include a 5-year parts and labor warranty under normal operating conditions. Customer-supplied equipment, lack of maintenance, water quality issues, and pre-existing plumbing conditions are not covered.
