The Scheduling Fee
Scheduling/service fees do not apply to most local appointments within my regular service area. For locations outside of my general work radius, a fee may apply to account for additional travel time and will be confirmed before scheduling.
(Note: While my calendar syncs live, unpredictable job overruns or local traffic may occasionally shift exact timing. I will always text you directly with updates if my arrival window changes).

To keep my travel times efficient and my pricing fair, I tier my service areas:
- Everyday Service & Repairs: Focused on San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Blackhawk, Dublin, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, Concord, Lafayette, and Mountain House.
- Major Equipment Installs Only (Water Heaters & Whole-Home Filtration): For large installation projects, my radius extends to the broader Peninsula and South Bay areas.
