  • Faucets & Fixtures: Proper installation of everyday kitchen and bathroom faucets, garbage disposals, and drinking water taps.
  • Shut-off Valves: Replacing old, frozen, or plastic valves under sinks and toilets with premium, quarter-turn solid brass ball valves.
  • Water Pressure Regulators (PRVs): High water pressure can quietly damage your appliances. I test your pressure and install new regulators to keep your home safe.
  • Smart Auto-Shutoff Valves: Installation of systems (like Moen Flo or Phyn) that monitor your home’s water lines and automatically shut off the main valve if a leak is detected.
  • ⚠️ A Quick Note on Sinks: I specialize strictly in the mechanical water fixtures and plumbing connections. I do not install or drop in physical sink basins (like undermount, farmhouse, or drop-in sinks).
